Role: Senior Program Manager , User Experience

6-12 Months Contract

The User Experience Team has an opening for a Senior Program Manager contract role.

Position Purpose:

• The Senior Program Manager, User Experience contract role is part of an Agile team to launch next gen customer-facing eCommerce and Loyalty programs on desktop and mobile app. Responsible for assigning resources, improving process, and bringing teams together to complete project work for a series of banner rollouts.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage the process for new and existing user experience design requests while identifying opportunities for process improvement; experience with Jira and Confluence needed.
• Assign and track resources for work aligning to the digital roadmap; collaborate with partner teams to align on strategy and deliverables. Partner with outside vendor for feature enhancements and key initiatives (from concept through development).
• Set priorities and independently manage timelines and workflow of projects across the business stakeholder base.
• Track internal resources monthly and determine gaps.
• Organize and manage bi-monthly team meetings to share leadership updates and help build team collaboration.

Qualifications:

• 4-year degree and/or equivalent combination of education or work experience. 5+ years experience in Project Management, Marketing, and/or Retail Industry a plus.
• Experience working on Agile teams to launch customer-facing eCommerce and Loyalty programs.
• 4+ years experience working on Agile teams.
• 4+ years vendor management experience.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise rollouts important.
• Experience with usability testing a plus.
• Detail-oriented and flexibility are key; responsible for proactively moving projects ahead while working well in an ever-changing/evolving environment with tight timelines.
