Job Description :
1. Liaise with superior to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals
2. Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress
3. Supervise staff from different departments and provide constructive feedback
4. Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives
and apply improvements
5. Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation
6. Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability
7. Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation
8. Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors
9. Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
10. Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations
11. Ensure that all workings are manufactured in a correct, cost effective and timely manner in
alignment with specifications and quality requirements
12. Chalking out or improve operational systems, processes and best practices that guarantee
organizational well-being Purchase materials, plan inventory and ensure warehouse efficiency
13. Contribute towards the achievement of company’s strategic and operational objectives
14. Examine financial data/statements and use them to improve profitability
15. Perform quality controls and monitor production KPI’s
16. Cater to clients’ or personnel’s concerns

1. Proven work experience as operations Head
2. Adequate knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations management
3. Budget development and oversight experience
4. Familiarity with business and financial principles and practices
