Key responsibilities include:
(1) Has to achieve the aggressive monthly sales target set by the management
team of our firm.
(2) Has to conduct SWOT Analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and
Threats) Analysis, Market Research, Competitor Evaluation and Benchmark
Assessment.
(3) To meet with doctors, chemists, pharmacists and stockists on a one-to-one
basis. Organising appointments and meetings with doctors, chemists and stockists
on a one-to-one basis. This may include pre-arranged appointments or regular
'cold' calling
Building and maintaining positive working relationships with doctors, chemists,
pharmacists and stockists.
Keeping detailed records of all contacts.
(4) Should have proven track record.
(5) To generate prescription.
(6) Generate new customer and increase business. Identifying and establishing
new business.
(7) Demonstrating or presenting new PCD (Propaganda cum Distributors)
products of our firm to doctors, chemists, pharmacists and stockists.

(14) Reviewing sales performance.
(15) Writing reports and other documents.
(16) Involves lot of traveling during the days and also on weekends. Hectic work
schedule.
(17) Working Hours:- 10 to 12 hours of work per day, sometimes even on
Saturday’s and Sunday’s.
(18) Should have his own 2-wheeler vehicle.
(19) Planning work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables.
(20) Keeping up to date with the latest clinical data supplied by our firm, and
interpreting, presenting and discussing this data with doctors, chemists,
pharmacists and stockists during presentations.
(21) Monitoring competitor activity and competitors' products.
(22) Developing strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts
in the medical and healthcare sector.
(23) Staying informed about the activities of health services in a particular area.
