Job Description :
- To Support Marketing BTL category buying centrally for Non GEC & Regional BUs managing activities covering Outdoor branding, Ground activations, Market insight studies, School Contact programs, Merchandising, Logistics, & Print (Paper/Vinyl).
- To ensure company obtains the most favorable terms with regards to assurance of supply, quality, service, cost and innovation.
- Shall manage spend categories with a strategic approach by creating, executing and managing sourcing strategies to meet business requirements.
- Forecasting Accuracy and timely updation to business on impact of categories on brand profitability
- KRAs:
Manage supplier relationship right from vendor empanelment to contracting and ensure necessary documentations in place before execution of services.
- Driving cost savings initiatives of commercial procurement in coordination with cross functional team to minimize impact of market inflation on Business and support delivery of savings initiatives.
- Manage, apply Commercial sourcing strategies and create processes to ensure deliverable on time for all categories basis commercial involvement.
- Meet the financial objectives of the business by ensuring procurement of all categories handled within budgeted/approved rates and contracting commercial services within budgeted rates.
- Develop linkages with external knowledge base to strengthen category intelligence, supplier development and create pipeline and improve delivery of commercial initiatives.
- Driving Working Capital initiatives (Inventory and Payment terms) across entire assigned categories.
Qualification : b.tech MBA.
