Overview
Being part of the HR requires you to have in-depth knowledge about the latest and proven practices in human resource management. This is a crucial role as we are a a leading media company and require the HR function to be the catalyst for improving performance, collaboration and effective communication. What you will do-All day-to-day tasks required for HR compliance-Organisational development and effectiveness -Building policies and regulations to maintain high standards of performance,-Recruitment and orientation/on boarding of employees
Primary Responsibilities
As a Human Resources Manager you are responsible for managing the human resources function in order to meet the strategic business objectives. The role involves development and implementation of strategies and policies and will include key responsibilities such as:
1. Guide and direct all facets of Human Resources including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management & succession planning.
2. Lead and oversee the day to day operation of the Human Resources Department as well as play a critical role in assisting in the implementation of the HR strategy.
3. Assist in assessing organizational needs, developing aligned human resource solutions and implement strategies in the areas of employee relations, compensation and benefits, recognition, administration and Colleague wellness.
4. Ensure compliance of all legal requirements & professional requirements.
5. Provide direction, counselling to Team on issues such as performance management and employee relations.
6. To coordinate with HODs and understand their manpower requirements and fill the vacancies at the earliest.

Working Days : 6 Days a Week (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
