Job Description :
Responsibilities:
End to End Recruitment :-
  • 1) Prepare Job Description for Desired Position as per directed by Management.
  • 2) Posting the Manpower requirement on Job Portals and consultants too.
  • 3) Screening the Resumes of Applicants.
  • 4) Shortlist the applicants for desired position by taking telephonic round of interview.
  • 5) Lined up the interviews after confirmed by management for schedules.
  • 6) Taking First Round of Interview i.e. HR round
  • 7) Arrange Second round with Management
  • 8) Making CTC Structure
  • 9) Arrange Salary Negations over the telephonic or face to face.
   Selection Process
  • 10) Employee Joining Formalities
  • 11) Reference Check of the employees.
BA Employee On-boarding:-
  • 1) Induction process
  • 2) Rolling out Offer Letter (2 Copies) & filling the same.
  • 3) Taking all Joining documents of employee and filled them into personal files
  • 4) Rolling out Appointment Letter
  • 5) Employee Code Generation
  • 6) Order for new Employee ID card
  • 7) Employee Corporate Bank Account Opening/Link Existing Bank account
  • 8) Work Flow for All Departments
  • 9) Job Description for all employees of Department
C) Attendance Management System:-
  • 1) New Enrollment
  • 2) Handling completed Attendance record of the employees
  • 3) Generating Attendance reports
D) Leave Management:-
  • 1) Generating Reports regarding the Leave
  • 2) Leave management
E) Payroll Management:-
  • 1) Handling Payroll Process of the employees
  • 2) Making salary of the employees
F )Performance Appraisal :-
  • 1) Handling Performance Appraisals of Employees
  • 2) Increment Process & Initiate new salary structure on software
Qualification : Bachelor of Commerce 
Working Days : 6 Days a Week ( to )
