Job Description :
The primary responsibilities of a Chat/Email Support Executive would be :
  • Respond on chats/emails to provide resolution to the query and obtain details of complaints.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries.
  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.

Working Days : 6 Days a Week (12:00 PM to 9:00 PM)
