Reporting : ,Territory Portfolio Manager (TPM)
Purpose of the Job
Supporting Branch and Credit operations, Customer Servicing and up-selling of products.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverable
• Check and validate file completeness for processing, identifying any documentation deficiencies, and coordinate with relevant internal team/ channels for closure
• Up-selling of multiple products (like jewel loans etc)
• Will be responsible for branch operations and Customer Services, and service escalation management
• Data Capturing & Management of information
• Further tasks would be assigned as per the changing regulatory guidelines or branch requirement
• Adhere to Regulatory and Compliance norms

• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong target & deadline orientation
• Excellent Negotiation Skills
• A friendly and energetic personality with service & operations focus
• Good computer literacy and fluent in Ms. Office/ loan ERP solutions
Person Specification
• Age – 21-26 Years.
• Graduation (Full time) is mandatory.
• Prior experience of 1-3 years of sales/ service/ operations experience
• Should be from BFSI/ Mortgage industry
• Candidate should be preferably from local market and conversant in local language
