Job Description :

•    Strong understanding of the concepts of probability, statistics and machine learning
•   3-5+ years’ hands-on experience in insurance or banking domain with respect to using analytics (statistical modelling / machine learning) for solving business problems 
•    Experience of working closely with business users to understand their requirements and suggest Data Science based solutions to solve business problems
•    In-depth understanding of algorithms like linear and logistic regression, decision trees, random forest, gradient boosting, clustering, time series forecasting, and experience of using them to solve real-world problems
•    A flair for programming with a tool like R or SAS 
•    Exposure to Big Data technologies like Hadoop / MapReduce
•    Exposure to natural language processing; operations research and optimization will be a plus

•    Create Data Science based solutions for solving business problems 
•    Interact with customers
•    Mentor and handhold junior team members
•    Team Management

Qualification : • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Statistics / Economics / Mathematics 

Working Days : 5 Days a Week (10:30 AM to 7:00 PM)

Job Nature : Full Time
