Job Description :
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction and ensuring their experience with the organization is delightful
  • Schedule client reviews and follow up for closure
  • Work with Relationship Managers for client engagement and report closures
  • Calling new & existing clients (as per the data/lead provided)
  • Explaining customers about Company products on phone/directly
  • Maintaining & updating Customer database
  • Improving customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
  • Ability to develop/maintain positive working relationship with client and colleagues
  • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities




Working Days : 6 Days a Week ( to )
