Job Description :
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Preparing bills, payment receipts
2. Maintaining petty cash
3. Coordinating deliveries with direct customers
4. Making reports - P&L monthly, Balance Sheets etc
5. Dispensing payments
6. Maintaining attendance records, records of which assets are at which store/with which promoter and ensuring they are received back by the kitchen
7. Calculating payroll amount
8. Ad-hoc requirements for smooth functioning
9. Maintaining inventory of stickers, jars, other raw materials
10. Coordinating delivery of jars/caps from Nava Sheva + placing orders for it
11. Notifying kitchen about orders
12. Maintaining records of goods sent to different retailers, any GRNs etc
13. Maintaining records of goods returned by different retailers etc
14. Maintaining basic sales record sheet
15. Following up with retailers and other customers for timely payments
16. Maintaining stock records and inventory in stores and at the warehouse
17. Ensuring timely dispatch of orders
18. Customer relationship management with direct customers – taking orders, making bills, ensuring dispatch
19. Coordination with production team to intimate regarding product availability and dispatch, sales team and dispatch team
Working Days : 6 Days a Week (10:30 AM to 7:30 PM)
