With a staff strength of 50-100 employees, they handle requirements for marketing, sales, IT, e-commerce, BFSI, etc. It boasts of young and dynamic employees, free work environment, weekends off, a movie every month and regular fun and game sessions.

Job Description :
1. Independent execution of the mandate shared for middle / senior level which includes generating profiles through various sourcing techniques, like head-hunting, mapping, referrals, social media.
2.Involvement in the full life cycle of the Recruitment Process starting from mapping, sourcing, screening, evaluation, scheduling interviews, follow-ups, offers, and reference checks.
3.Managing the entire process of recruitment cycle and helping to close the position within the stipulated time.
4.100% adherence to all policies and procedures while communicating with internal (Business / Sr. Managers / Team) as well an external (Clients / Candidates). Work actively on backups in case of offer drops on critical positions.
5.Maintain and update the status of all on-going position (status of interviews, candidate shortlisted for various rounds).
6.Maintaining the database for difference skill sets. Preparing MIS Reports on the weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
7. Worked on different job boards like Monster, Naukri, Linkedin etc.
8. Very strong communication skills interpersonal skills.
9. Candidates only from a consultancy background.

10. Candidate will be solely responsible for recruiting and sourcing profiles, he won't be handling any team for this role. He needs to work individually

Working Days : 5 Days a Week (9:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
