Job Description :
The Trainer Retail Sales is responsible for planning and delivering the course content to participants and ensure that the learning objectives are met and participants clear the assessment successfully.
· Understand the course content, plan and deliver it to the students within a given time frame.
· Responsible for planning and delivering the Retails Sales Curriculum to participants.
· Responsible for the pre and post training requisites, training need analysis, post training evaluation.
· Encourage individual learning through clear communication and effective use of learning aids during the session.
· Closely monitoring the trainee's growth and development and counseling them on Retail skills and attitude wherever required.
· Being able to solve queries of trainees during the training.
· Act as a point of contact/co-ordination for the project with head office team.
· Provide feedback to the students about their performance and counsel them on a regular basis for their learning and growth.
· Give feedback on the course content and other training materials to ensure that the information students receive remains relevant, accurate and up to date.
Job Description:
Determines training needs by traveling with sales representatives
Daily market visit and training promoters, other brand promoters, dealers on shops.
Observing sales encounters / analyzing pre-post achievement of training.
Studying & Maintaining sales results reports
Develops individual results providing coaching, conducting classroom training sessions
Developing outcome improvement resources / Refresher training for bottom performers
Flexible to travel across cities wherever required by respective ASMs.
Timely updating & imparting knowledge to promoters.
Should be training passionate, disciplined and basic knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint is a must.
Daily Tracking of sales in group & motivating, encouraging promoters to sell.
Generate TNIs
Provide impactful in-store training
Able to include innovative methods of training's & assessments
Conduct promotional activities at store to enhance sales

Also apart of job role mentioned below the candidate should also have a basic knowledge of printer barcode scanner handling part and computer handling with Android OS for which the training would be given
