Job Description :

Role

· Thorough understanding of the Smart Plant 3D/Smart Marine 3D data model and database schema design

· Handling live project with integrated environment set-up on SPF with SP3D, SP P&ID, SPI and SPEL

· Skills in creating customer specific catalog with customized reference data like Piping spec customization, Equipment, Instruments, Structural, Electrical modules

· Proficient in writing and executing SQL/Oracle queries on SP3D and SM3D

· Publishing 3D Model to SPF, troubleshooting and validating the errors during the publishing process

· Knowhow of SP3D upgrade

· Exposure at client location for FAT,UAT and maintenance support after deployment

· Setup and management of new and existing engineering projects within Smart Plant 3D in standalone as well in work share mode.

· Setup and management of a complete integrated environment with all the Smart Plant Tools and SPF which involves advanced level of mapping and automation

· Experience with PDS, and conversion of PDS model to SP3D

· Effective utilization of SPF in an Owner operator environment with knowledge on document classifications, data loading, workflows and integration of SPF with 3rd party applications

· Process Industry Knowledge

Skills

· Smart Plant 3D and SPF

· Oracle and SQL

· Hosting applications on Cloud & Citrix

· Basic knowledge on programming languages – VB.Net, C, C++

The Smart Plant 3D/Reference Data Administrator should have experience on below tasks :

Admin task
1) Create Spec Headers
2) Create New Specs
3) Build Idents
4) Add new material types
5) build new commodity codes and descriptions
6) build geometric tables (including commodity geometric tables)
7) build new geometric rules
8) build new size tables
9) code list
10) issue, revise and publish specs and the effect it has on SP3D
11.) ability to guide and teach about setup
12.)Standard Database development for FLS

Mapping
1) item, attribute and sheet mapping
2) export workbooks and bulk load to SP3D
3) run verification reports and debug

Working Days : 5 Days a Week (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
