Job Description :

Position Title: Relationship Manager- LAP ( Loans Against Property) 
Section: Loan Against property
Reports To: Area Sales Manager - LAP

Salary Band: 3.5- 4.75 L p.a + incentives

Experience: Minimum 2 year in Mortgage Sales. Experience in Small Ticket LAP will be an added advantage.

Age Capping: 35 Years, below 30 years candidates will be given preference.

Job Purpose: To do active sourcing of LAP and Cross Sell from Open Market, DSA and

Connectors (referrals)

Key Accountabilities:

1. Achieve Sales and Cross Sell Targets.
2. To target Specific areas and get business through Marketing activities as designed from time to time.
3. Develop referral relationships to generate enough leads for selling LAP.

1. Self-motivated
2. Target Oriented
3. High Energy Levels

Key Skills

1. Should possess high relationship skills.
2. Good Understanding of LAP, Insurance Cross Sell.

Working Days : 6 Days a Week (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
