The money is used to buy gold which is stored with in a secure vault with a custodian bank. Digital gold can be instantly sold online at a minimal spread or used for getting instant online loans.

Job Description :
  • B2C Sales - Pitching the offering to potential clients & closing the deal
  • Digital Marketing - Social media marketing campaigns and expansion of digital footprint 
  • Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. 
  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.

Qualification : Graduate from any recognized university 
Working Days : 5 Days a Week (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM)

Job Nature : Full Time
