Job Description :
The Customer
Success Executive will closely work with agencies, brands and publishers to
ensure successful implementation of the platform. He/She will be directly
responsible for –
  • First level technical support
  • Operations including campaign set up and management
  • Monitoring platform activity on a daily basis and provide timely advice to customers on ways to improve performance
  • Communication between customer teams and product teams
  • Providing scheduled and ad-hoc reports
  • Providing insights to customer based on their data as well as industry trends
Qualification : Graduate  

Working Days : 5 Days a Week (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)

Job Nature : Full Time
