Job Description :
A Customer Success executive is one who understands customer's problem and finds the best way to resolve it. He/She works at the customer facing end and represents the entire brand value of us.The role and responsibility of a Customer Success executive includes, but not 
limited to the following: 
Fluent in Hindi and English. (Knowledge of additional languages will be of great advantage)
Resolve customer complaints via phone and email.
Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
Assist with placement of orders.
Advise on company information.
Inform customer of deals and promotions.
Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes.
Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.
Handle changes in policies or renewals.
Qualification : Graduate  

Working Days : 5 Days a Week ( to )
