Job Description :
List of Major Responsibilities:
New Customer Generation:
· Visiting potential client/lead, grasping needs and responding. Follow up queries & requirements.
· Giving the corporate presentation in the business meetings on Product of company.
· Doing Concept Selling
Customer Relationship Management:
· Handling all inquiries and requests of Client, and resolving the problems swiftly.
· Following up with Client to ensure high-level satisfaction and determining future requirements.
· Interacting with the Client via fax, phone, the internet, email, or in person to address directly the customer needs & issues.
· Following up on complaints or inquiries of Client, collecting previous due payments, issuing customer refunds, and forwarding client concerns to upper-level management when required.
Database Management:
· Creating and maintaining up-to-date script, for Sales Coordinators, which they will use while responding to calls.
· Facilitating the collected competitive information to monitor business opportunities and trends.
· Preparing Daily Reports
· Maintaining database of Client contacts
· Preparing, generating and distributing order acknowledgements and daily reports to appropriate personnel.
· Compiling sales data and gathering information about potential Client and competitors.
· Ensuring that all client information is precise, accurate & updated.
Coordination:
· Coordinating with all the departments: Management for approval on Client & project, Operations Team for Sending Price Quotes & Execution of Project, Design Team for Customizing the Product as per Client Requirements, Accounts Team for following up for Payments & Invoice generation.
*Candidates should be fluent in speaking Hindi/English, should be confident & know how to handle clients.
Qualification : Any Graduate/PG
Working Days : 6 Days a Week ( to )
