In a short span of time, it has grown not only in a number of centers and schools offering its programmers but also in the number of instruments taught and the faculty to capably support it. The roster of instruments and programmers are constantly expanding and currently extend to Piano, Electronic Keyboard, Guitar, Drums, Violin, and Vocal. Special emphasis is also given to Music Theory and Musical knowledge to ensure the comprehensive development of a student and eventual musician. FSM is committed to playing a positive role in society and actively works with schools, NGOs, local community partners and artists in support of various initiatives to make music available to all.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
Identifying new schools and promotional techniques
Pitching products and/or services
Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing schools/customers
Contacting potential schools via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
Attending conferences, meetings, and other educational events
Preparing presentations and sales displays
Contacting schools to inform them about new workshops
Following up for contracts and renewals by phone, email, and in person
Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
Overseeing Center business.
