Job Description :

We are looking for a smart and high-on-energy team member to handle SEO and link building/ Outreach program for our online bakery that is going to revolutionize the concept of ordering cakes and Flowers Our organization is one of the leading online gifting portal. The person should be a self-starter and go-better who is able to independently manage the responsibilities and get the desired output in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Will be part of the Search Engine and Growth Team
• Plan and deliver outreach campaigns that drive traffic, leads and brand loyalty
• Research, negotiate and acquire relevant and authoritative content partners such as media, content websites, influential bloggers and social leaders
• Manage and monitor partner relationships through the entire cooperation
• Maintain and further develop our internal contact and link database
• Execute additional off-page link building tactics to acquire valuable links
• Brief the content manager to source content needed for outreach campaigns
• Perform on-page search engine optimization audits
• Research and analyze relevant keywords, competitors, and our market niche
• Measure and report performance of organic and referral traffic based on SEO metrics
• Identify new opportunities to grow the organic traffic

What you need for this Job

• Excellent English written and verbal proficiency (additional languages such as German are a plus)
• Confident communication skills via email, over the phone and face to face
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and tactics from keyword research over link prospecting to monitoring of performance metrics
• Ability to write and edit short text blurbs where needed
• Experience - 1-4 years in field of SEO, preferably from good Digital Marketing Agency or worked in internet based business
• Education Qualification - Preferably from MCA/ BE/ BTech background (understands technology)

Qualification : b.com  b.tech  BCA  bsc  mba/pgdm  mca  mtech  pgdm  pgdmba 

Working Days : 6 Days a Week (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM)

Job Nature : Full Time
