Team Manager
WHAT DOES THIS ROLE HOLD FOR YOU…??
Build and hire a strong team of sales professionals
On-board new members, inducting them into basics of Real Estate sales.in pitch; explain expectations / objectives / targets clearly
Assist the Team in meeting targets, helping in larger client meetings
Interface with Central Marketing, Technology Team and facilitate adequate leads/ marketing support for Team Members
Interface with Developer Relations team and ensure clear understanding of the focus properties among team members
Execute on-ground marketing activities like kiosks in corporates, clubs etc. to keep on generating local self-leads for the Team
Establish client base of organizations, associations, social & corporate business through direct & indirect outside sales effort for the purpose of securing business for the company to ensure that predetermined sales expectations are met and exceeded.
