Job Description :
we are looking to hire a Design Analyst who will be a part of the Design Team. The Analyst will work closely with the Operations Team and assist in enhancing the output (regarding its design and presentation) for the client.
Responsibilities Assumed:
• Converting presentations from one template to another
• Executing rough layouts through final art under the direction of Design Associate/Team Managers
• Preparing marketing materials including concept development to page layout
• Editing and formatting existing documents including brochures, presentations, etc.
• Performing quality control checks at all steps
• Exhibiting creative thinking through his/her designs, while understanding and adhering to corporate branding standards
• Developing a catalogue of images using graphics, graphs, and text to use in technical documents
Technical Skills Required:
• Powerpoint presentation (mandatory)
• Adobe Illustrator (mandatory), InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver and Corel Draw or HTML, CSS, WordPress will be preferred
• Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
Other Skills Required:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Eye for detail
• Proactive attitude
• Ability to meet client-driven deadlines
• A flair for creativity in design with the ability to take verbal information and turn ideas and concepts into functional designs
• Experience of working with teams in a professional organization
• Team-orientation with an ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to take initiatives and interact with all levels of the team
• Ability to handle constructive feedback, modify designs and presentations to meet the needs of the firm
• Ability to understand TresVista’s products and services, and convey them graphically
Education:
• Graduate - Any Specialization
Work Experience:
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the financial services industry
