Job Description :

Roles & Responsibilities:

 Convert prospects into customers

 Work with the tele sales team to identify and nurture prospective markets/submarkets.

 Feedback - mails/phones ( communication channel)

 Handling customer complaints and follow-ups

 Good Communication

 Typing skills

 Must be well versed with MS-Office 2007.

Qualification : Graduate  

Working Days : 5 Days a Week (10:00 AM to 6:30 PM)

Job Nature : Full Time
