Job Description :

Key Responsibilities

Client Management - Set, manage client expectations and the tickets raised before and after winning the deal, escalation point for all delivery issues.

Account Management - Work with sales and other heads to review, align and execute for account growth.

Sales Support - Work with Delivery Manager / Leads, understand client problems, work with teams to construct and provide solutions, make initial pitches, proposal presentations and win the deal

Project Management Support: Responsible for ensuring that solution is in sync with the client expectations.

The ideal candidate for this role will bring strong relationship management skills combined with solid problem solving skills. Candidate will be a true thought partner to every prospect and customer we interact with, ensuring that he / she leaves with a solution.

Candidate must be comfortable making dozens of calls (phone / online) per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales. 

Qualification : Excellent Written and Oral Communication
