Job Description
- Managing region level Quality operations for Call Centers and based out of Partner location.
- To own, manage and execute quality operational standards working closely with partner teams providing oversight to the targets and quality standards. 
- Building top down consensus and bottom up engagement to drive and excel at providing Best-in-class Service delivery from Operations and Quality perspective. 
Responsible for ensuring that Service Assurance guidelines are being adhered by partner team. 
- Mentor & Guide the Partner team to help improve the Scores and enhance customer experience by providing online inputs / Support. 
- Ensuring negligible impact on financial loss.
- To monitor and track the Compliance of the Audits daily/weekly/monthly and to address any Bottlenecks. 
- To monitor and ensure that the Audits are being done accurately and efficiently by the Service Partner Team. 
- Lead Service Partner SE Teams to collaborate in achieving the Quality goals. 
Timely reviews of quality performance needs to be done with partner. 
- To devise Developmental plans for the Service Partner Service Excellence Coaches on periodic bases by way of Assessments and ensure the Coaches are meeting the highest standards of Quality.
3-4 years in managing large teams in an Outsourced.
Qualification : Regular Graduate
