About Company :
We run Kindergarten programs (KG) in rural Karnataka and Maharashtra. The endeavor is to provide quality early childhood education at an affordable cost to an otherwise under-serviced population. Currently, the program is run in about 285 centers and schools across the two states. The organisation intends to expand in Maharashtra and in Uttar Pradesh in the coming academic year. We hire teachers from within the rural community and provides them with regular training and sustained support to deliver the KG program in an effective manner

Job Description :
The primary functions include:
• Understanding the software applications and the processes.
• Solving user issues and making them comfortable with the applications.
• Tracking the issues diligently and resolving it within the SLA (Service Level Agreement).
• Using MS Excel to create reports that are analytical in nature.
• Working across departments to synergies the processes using the data collected across all the departments.
