Responsibilities Assumed:
  • Managing office guests
  • Receiving and managing telephone calls
  • Coordinating and communicating with other departments on a regular basis ∙ Scheduling and maintaining appointments
  • Coordinating and organizing meetings
  • Managing stationery requirements, pantry requirements, etc.
  • Coordinating with HR Department for interviews
  • Assisting HR in organizing internal events
  • Any other task assigned by Senior Management
  • Provide any other office support services
  • Good planning and organizing skills
  • Good time management and multi­tasking skills
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Reliability and stability
  • Information management
  • Command over Microsoft Office tools, like Excel, Word, Power Point
