  1. Excellent verbal and written skills
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience is a must with a product based software company.
  3. Excellent experience in sourcing quality engineers for a start-up or an e-commerce setup.
  4. B.Tech is mandatory, look for good pedigree colleges in terms of graduation or higher studies.
  5. Look for It recruiter exp. candidate only.

Ā· Manage full cycle recruiting process for our Engineering and product organization ensuring a smooth and positive candidate
experience.
Ā· Source candidates from relevant networks, online and internal databases, employee referrals and passive candidates through
networking and research
Ā· Organize monthly engineering talks pretty much on your own.
B tech, MBA

5 Days a week( 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM )
