  1. Excellent verbal and written skills
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience is a must with a product based software company.
  3. Excellent experience in sourcing quality engineers for a start-up or an e-commerce setup.
  4. B.Tech is mandatory, look for good pedigree colleges in terms of graduation or higher studies.
  5. Look for It recruiter exp. candidate only.

· Manage full cycle recruiting process for our Engineering and product organization ensuring a smooth and positive candidate
experience.
· Source candidates from relevant networks, online and internal databases, employee referrals and passive candidates through
networking and research
· Organize monthly engineering talks pretty much on your own.
B tech, MBA

5 Days a week( 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM )
