Job Description

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Take overall responsibility for new footfall targets through below the line activities for Company.

2. Directly responsible for new footfall targets through below the line activities road locations by

implementing activities such as

• Cross-promotions (voucher distribution) through retail partners like supermarkets, departmental stores, multiplexes, gyms, restaurants etc.
• Independent activities like door to door activity, letterbox activity, mobile spas, newspaper inserts, bannering, joggers’ park activity etc.

3. Coordinate with vendors for designing, printing, fabrication and delivery of marketing collateral.

4. Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports.

5. Undertake any other marketing related work that may be assigned from time to time.

Candidate Profile

• Good communication skills (English, Hindi)
• Should have own 2-wheeler for travel within the city

TRAINING: On the job training.

PROBATION AND CONFIRMATION

• Selected candidate will be on probation for a period of 3 months from the date of joining.
• Post completion of 3 months, a confirmation test and interview will be conducted.
• If the candidate does not clear the confirmation test and interview the probation period may be extended at the company’s discretion.
• Employee will not be eligible to take paid leaves during probation.

LEAVES: 10 Sick Leaves (After Confirmation) + 5 Casual Leaves (After Confirmation) + 20 Annual

Leaves (After completion of 15 months from date of joining) + 9 Calendar Leaves

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT

• The selected candidate will be required to serve the company for a minimum of 9 months from the date of joining including the initial probation period of 3 months.
• Original documents of the candidate (latest highest passing certificate) would be in the safekeeping of the company for nine months after which they will be returned.

Criteria: fresher MBA or having marketing experience, age till 29-30 years, communication good,

must have two wheeler.
