Job Description

• 2yrs Experience in Bench Marketing for US / H1 B candidates
• Excellent in Market analysis and approaches
• Need to develop good relations with Direct Vendors and End Clients.
• Need to have capacity to interact with Senior Consultants, Screening their profiles and guiding them on the latest trends in the technologies.
• Good in networking and should have excellent reach out in the market.
• Need to have successful strategies in terms of marketing the consultants
• Excellent Communication skills
• Shifts will be Night shifts
• Home drop will be provided .( Thane Station if on the eastern side & till Mira road if on Western side , Kalyan/Dombivalii)
• Need candidates who have experience coordinating directly with the clients for bench sales.
