Design degree from a premier institute like NID, Symbiosis, Shrishti, MIT, IIT etc.
We are engineering and designing mobile experiences. For most Indians, the smartphone is
going to be their primary device to do a lot. Moore's law makes smartphones more
powerful at affordable price points. WhatsApp has become the lifeblood of interaction for
individuals and businesses today in new ways. We are at the start of the adoption of more
tech by Individuals and Businesses.

What you’ll do
>Lead the design of new features and updates from concept to release
>Design visual interfaces, user flows, and compelling interactions
>Translate complex ideas into elegant, intuitive designs
>Work closely with front-end developers, software engineers, and other designers
>Explore and experiment with the future of the our interface
What you need to land an interview
>A portfolio of beautiful interface designs that will make us swoon
>UX/UI experience of at least 5 years with 2 years on mobile apps
>An excellent sense of typography, layout, and general design principles
>Design related degree from a top tier college like NID, Symbiosis, Shrishti, MIT, IIT etc.
What we’re expecting
>You've used the app (or researched the user experience) and love the product
>You understand the technical side of things, but your real strength is in design
>You’re meticulous, but still able to iterate quickly
>You dig the mobile space and the impact it’s had on interaction design
>You have a self-starter attitude and are ambitious about seeking new challenges
> UX/UI experience of at least 5 years with 2 years on mobile apps
