Responsibilities Assumed:
- Managing office guests
- Receiving and managing telephone calls
- Coordinating and communicating with other departments on a regular basis ∙ Scheduling and maintaining appointments
- Coordinating and organizing meetings
- Managing stationery requirements, pantry requirements, etc.
- Coordinating with HR Department for interviews
- Assisting HR in organizing internal events
- Any other task assigned by Senior Management
- Provide any other office support services
Prerequisites:
- Good planning and organizing skills
- Good time management and multitasking skills
- Good verbal and written communication
- Reliability and stability
- Information management
- Command over Microsoft Office tools, like Excel, Word, Power Point
- Attention to detail
