Job Description

1. Retail Sales:

• To Identify Merchants in the retail segment for Credit card/Debit card Device 
• Ensure that daily visits are filled in the DSR with the relevant information – Min 10 calls per day 
• To Meet the targets as assigned by the team leader 
• Ensure complete coverage in the assigned area as per the plan   

2. Relationship Management:

• Maintain relationship with merchant signed for Future referrals 
• Ensure that Merchant issues are resolved by directing his queries to the CRM team or help 
• To Push for Volumes Card Sales 

3. Competencies:

• 2-3 years of Retail Sales experience. Preference for POS, Current Accounts, Telecom – Sales.
• Must have excellent negotiation skills, along with strong spoken and written communication skills desk.
• With a pleasing personality.
