Job Description/ Work Profile
Create product listings on sites for our clients. Prepare large excel sheets with various prices and snazzy formulae. Communicate with courier companies and customers to make sure the products reach the customers. Coordinate with client staff to make sure we have up to date inventory data. - Address customer complaints on phone and email. Coordinate with people at marketplaces for deals & promotions.
Desired Candidate Requirement
We want 0-1 year experienced candidate with good communication skills and having willingness to explore e commerce will be advantage. Candidates can be from any domain - commerce, management and so on.
