Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
- The agent is primarily responsible for making or attending customer calls to sell products or services.
- They need to know how to communicate with customers, have great organizational skills and be able to multi-task and prioritize in high-volume, fastpaced environments.
- Also, updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in training programs.
- Apart from being responsible for ensuring productivity metrics and quality, he/she is also responsible for the individual team’s contribution towards achieving company goals and objectives.
- Experience in Voice process, especially US Based
- Candidates with 6 months to 36 months experience in an international (Preferable US Sales Campaign) call center.
- Candidates should have excellent English communication skills with neutral accent.
- CTC: Ranges from 12,000 to 25,000/- COMMON CRITERIA:
- All candidates should have fluent English communication skills
- Should be willing to work with rotational weekly offs
- Should be willing to work for sales campaigns
- Experienced candidates should bring their last three months payslips with them when they come in for their F2F interview.
- Process: Inbound & Outbound Shift Timings: They need to be open for flexible rotational night shift
