Job Description

• Lead a team of 4-5 Learning Managers to support around 50-60 installations across the team members.
• Provide guidance and support to the teachers of the cluster managers/Learning Mangers allocated to his area. 
• Assists in recruiting, hiring, orienting, and training faculty. 
• Assists in faculty evaluations and coaching sessions. 
• Regular reporting on activities and plans to the reporting manager. 
• Show high responsiveness to any complaints from any installation. 
• Establish a good working relationship with the stakeholders. 
• Good management skills required. 
• Strong attention to details. 
• Ability to build relations and sustain them. 
• Integrity; professionalism; strong work ethic. 
• Organisational skills. 
• Read, write and speak Kannada and English fluently 
• Good computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power point) 
• Experience in education sector / school management would be an advantage. 
• Should be willing to travel across Karnataka.
