Air ticketing – Issuing domestic and International sectors tickets in with
AMADEUS CRS System / GALILEO CRS System and Airline Ticketing Portal.
· International Air Ticket Booking and Reservation
· Knowledge of All IATA City/Airport and SRS Code
· Handling Corporate client queries of Air Ticket and Hotel Bookings
· Making Tour Itineraries as per requirement ( Domestic/International)
· Issuing Customize and Tailor made Tour Packages (Domestic/International)
· Attending customer queries by mail or Phone of Corporate.
· Attending customer requirement for Air Ticketing and Tour Packages.
· Support customer to select best options, Issuance & Re-issuance of air tickets
· Should be well versed with Amadeus.

Day Shift:
 Time would be 9 to 6 morning. Look only for female candidate

Rotational Shift:
UPDATE RECEIVED ON WORK TIME
Purely Night shift for Emergency Travel Service Dept.
Shift timing as mentioned below.
· 8.pm to 5.am.
· 10.pm to 6 am or 7am.
Should be from Travel Management Companies and not from Call Center. Should have handled international ticketing.
