Ability to create and maintain professional relationships.
Must demonstrate the ability to manage a long sales cycle of Constructed Units.
Demonstrated ability to broker/leverage Company needs with customer needs in a manner that evokes trust from our customer base and internally.
Must possess product knowledge of our product line and be able to identify customer needs. The ability to identify additional opportunity on a by customer basis is imperative.
Must be able to work independently, with minimal direct supervision. The ability to act within company standards, keeping the company’s end goal in sight while operating individual of direct supervision at times is a must.
Must work well with others. The ability to clearly articulate ongoing requirements to team members and sister departments is essential.
Responsible for routine reports on performance, standings, past present and future actions identified as necessary for success.
Reviews inquiries, requisitions, specifications as well as other customer documents to develop quotations/proposals.
Demonstrated ability to utilize professional selling skills to identify customer need in order to offer a consultative approach to selling.
Provide access to applications engineering for technical assistance to customers relating to the use, operation and maintenance of equipment when appropriate.
Develop territory sales plan yearly explaining how the yearly goal is best achieved in your territory.
Willing and able to travel as needed, travel will be 50-65% of the time.
Able to work on every Weekends and On Holidays including travel on Sundays.
Other duties may be assigned.
