Relationship Manager - Corporate Salary

· Minimum 2-3 years of experience preferably in Corporate Sales
· 2 years in Corporate Sales in the respective territory will be preferred.
· Strong presentation skills
· Comfortable in interacting with Senior Management
· Excellent interpersonal skills.
· Affable and service oriented approach
· Maturity and sense of balance
· Strong leadership traits
· Mapping of the territory for the Corporates that operate there.
· Developing and maintaining relations with the clients and provide them with end to end solutions.
· Work in a start-up kind of environment where initiative, ideas and quick execution are essential. Plan and meet budgeted sales targets within fixed deadlines.
· Identifying customers, give presentation and close the deals independently
· Lead the team from the front, challenge ideas, paradigms to identify and exploit new business opportunities
· Plan Activity Calendar for each month at the beginning of the Quarter and then tracking the progress on a daily basis
· Provide ongoing performance feedback and recognition on performance.
· Conduct and attend daily and weekly meetings and debriefings.
· Plan & implement promotions campaigns for the corporate and track daily sales and service activities.
· Ensure adherence of Basic Banking Processes including RBI Banking regulations such as the KYC policy, etc.
Look people who have beeen in corporate sales from Bluedart, DHL , Logistics , Telecom or banking. Team handling will be invovled and he will be reporting to Regional head.The Designation mentioned would Corporate salary as the Its deals with handling Corprate selling of Salary Accounts but we need a person who has a exp in Corporate sales.
