Responsibilities Assumed:
∙ Managing office guests
∙ Receiving and managing telephone calls
∙ Coordinating and communicating with other departments on a regular basis ∙ Scheduling and
maintaining appointments
∙ Coordinating and organizing meetings
∙ Managing stationery requirements, pantry requirements, etc.
∙ Coordinating with HR Department for interviews
∙ Assisting HR in organizing internal events
∙ Any other task assigned by Senior Management
∙ Provide any other office support services
