Job Description

• Presenting idea to enhance the brand awareness and also to increase the sales
• Assisting Mumbai Head in sales & marketing of various residential projects of Builders & Developers in Residential Services.
• Figure out the potential of new projects and to do tie-ups with them.
• Handling international as well as local cliental to solve their query and also sell them residential projects in the region.
• Searching for the new cliental apart from traffic on website by corporate visits and corporate tie-ups
• Making Site visits to clients in Residential Projects of different Reputed Builders
• Meeting Targets with Quarterly Deadliness & Business Development operations.
• Providing After sales services & assisting in Home Loans for the Clientele.

Reporting Relationship

· Directly to - VP Sales & Marketing

Skill Set Required

· Positive attitude for doing 2-3 meetings each day, for meeting new people and someone who enjoys doing sales.

· Experience in direct sales will be an added advantage

· Good Communication Skills.

· Ability to understand requirements of Prospects and decent aptitude to understand and pitch Property solutions to Prospects.

· High levels of passion and ownership.

Candidate must be from real estate background.
