Job Description
  • Ensure highest standards of safety, quality, hygiene are followed.
  • Bring about efficiency in every task carried out.
  • Manage the day to day operations of the central kitchen
  • Manage shift schedules for staff.
  • Be the 1 point of contact for all central-kitchen related issues in the organization.
  • Meet with prospective partners from restaurants, stores for furthering business.
  • Report to HO with a status of progress of projects undertaken at kitchen along with the regular report.
  • Make relevant reports.
