  • Required 1-3 years of recruiting experience
  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  • Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
  • Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • On board new employees in order to become fully integrated
  • Monitor and apply hr recruiting best practices
  • Handle Consultants and vendors
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Promote company's reputation as best place to work
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
  • High level of integrity and work ethic.

Look for candidates who have worked into end to end recruitment.Position - on contract for 2 months , Make sure that the candidate is aware about the 2 months Contract. Person should have Technical recruitment Exp.
