ABOUT THE JOB:
Looking for an app marketing associate to manage the marketing and downloads of mobile apps, including app store optimization, advertising management (PPI/PPC) and media coverage of mobile apps.
If you have 1 to 2 years experience in digital advertising campaign management and possess impeccable communication skills in oral and written English, then you would be a great fit.
At this company, we will provide the necessary training and up-gradation skills to equip you to do app store optimization (ASO) & app distribution and become a master of mobile app marketing, a skill which is sparsely found not just in India, but also globally.
The ideal candidate should be self driven, comfortable to work independently in a start up of 4 to 5 people and should be extremely passionate about apps and app marketing on iOS and Android store.
We will provide the perfect environment, guidance and assistance for you to grow, learn and hone your skills.
Desired Experience –
• 1 to 2 years of formal industry/professional experience in ad campaign management
• You should be able to plan, create and optimize ad campaigns on Facebook, Google and other leading ad networks to run app install campaigns (PPI/PPC)
• You should be app savvy and well acquainted with the iTunes app store and Google play store
• Strong understanding of the principles of online/mobile marketing and advertising Desired Personal Profile -
• Self starter, with ability to collaborate well with a cross-functional 4 member team
• Work creatively and efficiently with deadlines
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and change
• Well read and knowledgeable about global app innovation
• Extremely strong written and oral communication skills in English
• Ability to work flexible hours and willing to learn
Your responsibilities will include -
• Mobile app install ad campaign management (PPI/PPC) on Facebook/Google etc.
• Working closely with designer to create impact ful ad banners and social media creatives
• App Store Optimization – Keywords, icon, screenshots
• App Marketing and distribution
• Collaborating with app review websites to get PR and media coverage for apps
• Working with external agencies to create app preview video, garner user reviews etc.
• Working with designer/developer to create landing pages and micro sites for apps

Candidate with Good Communication skill.
While entry is open to non-graduates, preference will be given to those with relevant degrees. A degree in graphic design is advantageous although other art and design subjects will be accepted
