The person would be responsible for managing the Online B2B Marketplace of the company. The management of B2B marketplace consists of generating the selling & buying requirements from companies globally, sourcing requirements of large companies, Match making of leads, buyer engagement & business development. The Person would be responsible to build right supplier & buyer database of textile & apparel value chain categories. Working very closely with leading / big buyers, Sourcing & buying offices from the industry and fulfilling their buying requirements. Developing newer processes & system for business friendliness of the B2B marketplace, right information exchange and successful business deal.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing the Online B2B Marketplace on the website
Generating Selling & Buying requirements
Buyer engagement & Business development with Buyers
Building intelligent database of supplier & buyers from across the globe
Team management, development & training
Key Competencies / Requirements:
Exposure & know how of textile-apparel businesses, sourcing & industry dynamics
Prior experience of working with Sourcing / Buying offices would be an advantage
Good communication (Oral and Written)
Should possess a good understanding of Internet & e-commerce
