Should have : -

· Good Communication Skills.

· Good convincing and analytical skills

Should do :-

· Achieve the set Sales targets of the assigned location.

· Feed back to Brand Manager on market and competition activities.

· Customer Relationship and preparation of reports.

· Help customers to select the product by explaining the products in assigned category.

· Maintaining Visual Merchandising standards, inventory management & Customer service Proactive in Customer Service and Answering the Questions from Customers and advising them as per their requirements.

· Should be involved in sales , merchandising and up-selling to reach expected target levels.

· Should have strong communication and convincing skills.

· Flexible to work in rotational shifts.

· should possess good product knowledge.

· To follow the sales plan and instructions of the Duty Manager.

Shift Pattern :-

· 10 Hours Duty Pattern

· Morning Shift-10.00 am to 8 pm (10 Hrs.)

· Evening Shift- 12:00 pm to 10 Pm (10 Hrs.)
