A Bachelor’s degree or higher in
Computer Science from Top Tier
institutes such as IITs, NITs, BITS, etc.
Responsibilities
● Assisting directly and indirectly in building a high performing tech team
● Design & Develop components to create a highly optimized, performance driven, scalable and sustaining Open Source/ LAMP platform.
● Develop APIs for Integration and maintenance of various 3rd party systems
Desired Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will be a strong educational / development credentials in developing scalable, distributed systems. He/she should be able to operate in a very fast paced environment where time to hit market is supercritical.
- 0-3 years of product Development experience
- Prior hands-on experience in building and scaling a LAMP based eCommerce platform is desired but not mandatory
Strong development experience on one of the following technologies is required: -
- LAMP stack - Strong MySQL knowledge is required, strong PHP experience is desired
- Knowledge of NGNIX/Apache server internals and configuration is desired
- Experience with cloud platform such as AWS is required (EC2, S3, CDN and Load balancers (ELB)) is required.
- Software development experience in Java, Python, PHP, Scala, etc
- Websockets
- HTML, CSS, Java Script, jQuery and front end frameworks such as Angular.js, ember.js, etc
