Requirements:
· Understanding and implementing of project management practices
· Planning and allocating work to the team.
· Monitoring development activities, reporting project progress and do code reviews
· Review/Improve upon current processes/methodologies
· Managing and delivery of projects from conceptualization, visualization to technology mapping and final execution of projects
Desirable skills & Expertise:
· At least 2-7+ years of programming experience
· Is currently handling a team
· Expert level PHP, MySQL, JavaScript (jQuery)
· Expert level Object Oriented Design and MVC implementation
· Experience working in a team development setting, using source code control (GIT)
· Experience with DB design (data normalization, foreign key constraints, indexes)
· Developing and/or designing large web systems
· Experience in performance tuning databases
· Experience in at least 2 of these technologies: Redis, Memcached, Mongodb, Solr, ElasticSearch, PostgreSQL, CouchBase
· Experience in developing backend services for mobile Apps is a plus.
