Job Description

  • Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
  • Receive and direct visitors and clients
  • General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing.
  • Handle requests for information and data
  • Resolve administrative problems and inquiries.
  • prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
  • Maintain office supply inventories
  • Coordinate maintenance of office equipment & records for staff, telephones.

The candidate should be good in MS Office and should have a preference to know the Basic of Accounting in Tally (v-look up/H-look up)
